How to Make
1. Prepare the espresso. Brew about 40 ml of espresso into each serving cup.
2. Add the chocolate. Divide the chocolate between the cups and stir with the hot espresso until smooth and glossy.
3. Steam the milk. Steam 180 ml cold milk until hot and silky with fine microfoam. Avoid boiling.
4. Combine and serve. Pour the steamed milk into the chocolate espresso, finish with a light cocoa dusting
and serve immediately.
ELLE Home Tip: Use finely chopped dark chocolate for a deeper flavour and stir it into the hot espresso before adding milk.
