Ice Cubes – 1 cup
Ice cubes chill the drink and create a refreshing, cold coffee experience.

Simple Syrup – 1–2 tsp
Optional simple syrup adds a light sweetness that balances the strong espresso flavour.

How to Make

1. Prepare the espresso. Brew about 40 ml into each serving cup and let it cool briefly.

2. Prepare the glass. Fill two tall glasses generously with ice cubes.

3. Combine. Divide the cold milk between the glasses. Add simple syrup if desired, then pour the espresso over the milk and ice.

4. Finish and serve. Stir gently and serve immediately.
